Josh focuses his practice on litigating a wide variety of commercial disputes in both state trial and appellate courts. In every matter he handles, Josh concentrates on thoroughly researching the relevant legal issues and presenting his clients’ positions in a clear, concise, and convincing manner.

Prior Experience

While in law school, Josh clerked at a national, civil litigation firm, served as a research assistant for Dean Joseph D. Kearney, mediated legal disputes in Milwaukee County’s Small Claims Court as a student mediator, and was inducted into Marquette Law School’s Pro Bono Society. Josh was also the Business Editor of the Marquette Law Review and an Academic Success Program Leader, where he assisted other students with legal research and writing. In his final year, Josh was a Student Associate in Marquette’s Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic, in which he worked on transactional matters for entrepreneurs and startup businesses in the greater Milwaukee area. Before law school, Josh spent a gap year at a boutique disability rights firm in Milwaukee, and while in college he worked for the Wisconsin State Assembly Sergeant at Arms as a legislative page.
